Does Octavia Elizabeth offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. Octavia Elizabeth is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments. Octavia Elizabeth is not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during the international shipping process.
How much does shipping cost in the US and/or outside of the US?
Shipping costs vary based on location and shipping method. During the checkout process on our website, the shipping cost will automatically be calculated and shared with you.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 3 business days of purchase unless otherwise specified in the description. You can select the shipping method (2-day, overnight, or ground) and your preferred shipper.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, Octavia Elizabeth does not ship to PO boxes.
Does my shipment require a signature?
Yes, all shipments require a signature due to our insurance requirements.
Can I overnight ship my order?
Yes, overnight shipping is available. The shipping price will reflect this option. Please email info@octaviaelizabeth.com or call +1 424 252 9320 if you need your order to go out on the same day it was ordered. We always do our best to accommodate overnight shipments.
What happens if my package is lost in transit?
Octavia Elizabeth is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed deliveries, force majeure, or any other issues once your order leaves Octavia Elizabeth. If your order is sent back to Octavia Elizabeth by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.

SIZING
What if I don't know my ring size?
We can send you a free ring sizer. Please note, this option is available at checkout and our client is responsible for the cost of shipping.
Does Octavia Elizabeth offer resizing?
Yes, we do offer resizing. Our client must cover shipping costs to and from. Please email info@octaviaelizabeth.com for a quote and instructions.

How much does a custom piece of OE cost?
Custom or bespoke pieces start at $5,000.
How long does custom work take?
Custom work takes around 6-8 weeks. A member of our team will be in contact with you throughout the process.
What if I supply the stones? Will it be less expensive?
If you are sourcing your own stones, please reach out for a consultation once the stones have been purchased. Generally, we find our prices to be more competitive than those that our clients are able to source on their own. The reason for this is that we work with suppliers around the world to source the best value and quality stones.
Will Octavia Elizabeth work with heirloom stones?
Yes, we love working with heirloom stones to make them feel fresh and updated. We generally ask that you share the certificates for stones and appraisals. We only work with natural, precious, and semi-precious gemstones. If you are unsure of your gemstone and do not have paperwork, we can help you obtain the appropriate paperwork.
